DuraPro replaces traditional standard, quarry, and mine-duty pulley classifications with a single, heavy-duty construction designed for demanding conveyor applications. D-Lag for up to 2x longer life
D-Lag, our proprietary rubber material, is a durable lagging solution for applications requiring reliable performance and belt protection.
- Advanced compound tested to DIN 53516 standards for abrasion resistance, proving it better resists wear and lasting up to twice as long as standard styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) lagging
- Enhanced resistance to cuts, gouges, and abrasions
- Improved coefficient of friction and flexibility at low temperatures
- Available in multiple surface pattern options, such as diamond or plain, to fit your exact application needs

Profiled end-discs
DuraPro’s integral profiled end-disc design eliminates the welded hub-to-end-disc joint found in traditional pulley designs, removing a common failure mode and improving reliability in demanding conveyor applications.

XT bushing compatibility
DuraPro comes pre-drilled and tapped to accept XT bushings, one of the most commonly used bushing solutions, supporting secure shaft mounting with commonly available bushing components.
- 9.5-degree tapered design provides a secure, concentric fit and strong holding power to the shaft for dependable torque transfer
- Single-split design supports easy installation, drawing the pulley evenly onto the shaft when the bushing is tightened
- Simplified removal using threaded flange holes and hardware to push the bushing free during disassembly
