Dodge® Industrial’s Kaleigh Aldridge selected for Leadership Greenville­­ Program

Kaleigh Aldridge, Engineering Manager at the Dodge Greenville gearing manufacturing facility, was accepted as a member of Leadership Greenville’s 51st class. The extensive 10-month experience is Greenville Chamber’s flagship leadership program designed to develop informed, motivated, and dynamic leaders in key positions throughout Greenville County.

Kaleigh joined the Dodge family in 2011 and has been the Engineering Manager at the Dodge Greenville facility since October 2022. She spearheads production optimization projects, implements new equipment and processes, and leads the facility’s engineering, maintenance, and information technology teams—constantly striving to maximize safety and overall performance.

“I wanted to join Leadership Greenville to help push me out of my comfort zone by challenging my current perspectives to be a better coworker, leader, and person”, says Kaleigh. “I have been blessed with an amazing village made of family, friends, and coworkers who have continuously supported me to succeed. Now, I have the opportunity to tackle challenges within the community and share blessings with others to feel seen, loved, and supported.”

Dodge supports Kaleigh’s participation in Leadership Greenville and is committed to continuously serving the Greenville community. She joins the legacy of 17 other Dodge employees who have participated in the prestigious program.
